Nordic Walk of the Town

Join us in September, after the hot summer,to learn and walk the Nordic Walk of the Town program. This program has no charge and we will even lend you the poles for your first session. We will leave from Novacks at 10 am Saturdays for about an hour of instruction and nordic walking with certified instructor Nancy Chapman-Hansen. Walk of the Town	January 19, 2008
Join us for our Saturday morning walks. We leave Novacks at 10 am and walk for about an hour. This is a casual walk around the river paths of the downtown area. We have coffee in our bookstore to refresh us at the end of our walks. Check the schedule on our Walk of the Town section of the web-site.

Novacks Walk for Wellspring

October 4, 2008

Novacks Walk for Wellspring is a challenging 20km walk through the streets & parks of London. Our walk this year will take us from the Downtown through the Thames River Park system and back. This walk is about finding the hero in yourself and discovering strength you never knew you had. It is a walk of hope, as we honour lives lost, celebrate survivors, and help to raise money for Wellspring Cancer Support Centre. For full details, we will be updating our website and printed materials this spring. In the meantime, call Wellspring London and register for the walk and start gathering pledges.
