Cancer Affects Us All
A diagnosis of cancer can lead to a personal crisis.
The medical issues are complicated enough. But people often have difficulty finding the emotional, psychological and practical support they need so urgently.
Wellspring provides 20 different programs of supportive care and information, at no cost, to individuals and families living with cancer.
The programs are professionally led with the assistance of volunteers. Everyone is welcome to visit Wellspring, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m.

Pledges
Whether walking individually or as part of a team, we hope that you will raise $1,000. You can have as many people on your team as you want. Wellspring London and Region relies on community support such as the Novacks Walk for Wellspring to continue to provide free cancer support programs.
Training
Novacks is offering “Walk of the Town”, a walk training program every Saturday morning at 10:00am. Participants will receive information on training for healthy walks. This is an opportunity to meet people, improve your fitness level and have fun.
